Joe, I never worry about what the SEC or what anyone else says about what gets posted on this board. When I moved our home I was very careful about where we moved to. One of the main reasons I selected SI as our new home is how SI is set up.
If the SEC or anyone ever wanted to sue me for something I post here I'd represent myself in court to make a point to the jury (I don't need a lawyer). I'd ask them if someone read another person's mail and lost money doing it, who is at fault? Then I'd ask them if someone was to make a poor investment because they read another person's mail, who is at fault? I'd then rest my case.
The point is that this post and all post on SI are from one person to another unlike AOL and many other boards where your post is in fact not directed from one person to the other but, to the world. The way SI is set up had a lot to do with why this board is here. 909ers BLUE

Howdy Pals, & thanks for the congrats Joe. The day ESPN puts the ticker on there is the day we know someone really smart is at the helm. All these splits on the list, dips, & predictive devaluations are a timely opportunity to get onboard some #1 stocks at a lower price and ride. WS doesn't take the price of r & d/expansion into account when it's taken from earnings...not meeting expectation # flops it and that's that... which is good news when jumping onto it becoming bad news when holding onto it. But when the r&d/expansion turns out well for revenues into earnings (with Oracle as with CPQ, no brainer that it will) then up she goes again. I sprung big for 200 ORCL shares because I want enough to hold and trade around a pop and split which in my opinion will soon be comin' down the pike. (disclaimer: listen to me at your own risk and be listening alone because no one who knows me does). Am building up my Top Tier tech longholds again now with pennystock profits and looking around for new netnut momos... having my kind of good clean fun being in the right place (understatement) at the right time and knowing it!
Watch for some outrageous announces & pr coming today, timed around The TenThousand and Greenspeaks. (Hey, somebody nominate me for CEO of something, I know the ropes!) As Kato said on the stand, when asked "Did Mr. Simpson seen unusually excited when you agreed to accompany him to get a hamburger?" mischievious Kato couldn't resist answering with a grin that couldn't be tamed "Wouldn't you?".
Another Round of 909s for The House, please,
Joan
