Went by properties last Thursday. Property was shut down for remodelling. Saw lobby that was almost completed. Looked good! Aiming to turn it into a motel like an "Econo-Lodge". Nice guy from England was doing the drywalling. Motel is on a tract of land that has room for a planned development including a Real Estate office that will be on site. WORK WAS GOING ON! Time share property was still without financing, and was identical to pictures on web site, untouched! Surrounding developments were of high quality. Advertising from $140,000 up on closest one. Still holding long. okelly
