Well, just as sort of an update, I spoke to a rep from Everen this morning, inquiring about the IPO and tentative dates. He says the SEC is taking between 60 and 90 days to respond to S1s these days. Now, obviouslly this is not set in stone, and perhaps we really luck out and it happens in the next few weeks. But my impression after talking to him was that the earliest that they would hear would be the end of April (about 7-8 weeks from the filing)! Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but thought I'd share that!

Now, does anyone with experience in these matters know (and in retrospect I should have asked this guy), can they file the S1A before they hear back from the SEC, or must it be after?

Thanks!

Back in the early 60's the movie industry came up with "Aroma-rama",so it's really not a new idea. The cost, however, rendered the project unfeasible and after one movie the idea was shelved.
