Rairden,

People who buy big cap stocks are investors, investing in great companies hoping to make consistent capital gains. People who buy small cap stocks are more like speculators, hoping for a big pop on a new technology or great product invention.

Most mutual fund managers have been killed by the indexes and many are afraid that they are going to lose their jobs if the indexes beat them to much longer.

With this in mind, why would anyone of 90% underperformers invest in unproven small companies. It won't happen. They simply can't afford to speculate on companies like IDTI and end up unemployed. The risk- reward is just not worth it. Having great technology is not enough. Most small cap stocks are dirt cheap but, Wall Street doesn't care and I believe it will be many years before this changes.

AOL is without a doubt the next megatrend stock...the next DELL...

I'm not in love with the stock but am with the future of the internet.

I will again offer my wager to any takers....

Lunch at Mcdonald's if IDTI doubles once before AOL double TWICE from todays close.

AOL will be $1000.00 by 2002.
