The KLA started as a radical conservative revolutionary gorilla force. Now because of this, it is virtually every ethnic Albanian in and around Kosovo. That is not going to be undone. Disarm it and do what??? You will have to declare NATO marshal law over all of Yugoslavia and maintain it for two generations. Right?
