I've had Profit since June. What I was speaking about was Carl Cook's annual support fee. The only time I needed support they were unable to help anyway. Pinnacle helped me out. The only other thing I get out of the fee is the upgrades, and I haven't bothered to upgrade to the new version anyway. <Though if you day-trade I doubt it would be very useful, unless you want help in picking the trend.> Profit helps me not at all with day trading. Even if it was working well it would not be a major profit center. It was an experiment to see if I could get away from day trading as I get older.
