Yea, it would be really interesting to see what the insiders are doing today....I wondering if today's selling activity was due to them.

As a heads up, CYOE needs to tell us what happened with the Systeam deal, TODAY. This deal was extended to March 29 from the March 18th. The deal should either be done or over. Note that they still have not statused the loan of 10 Million announced hours after your article concerning their cash shortage. They did a PR again on this loan on the 19th. People have questioned how a company with the financials of CYOE could get such an advantageous loan.

The last time the deal was supposed to complete on the 18th the company was quiet for a full week after the critical date. The critical data has again passed.

Here is the SEC document that quotes concerning this deal.

------------
Quoted out of 10-Q February 16, 1999 "Under the Systeam acquisition agreement, the Company is obligated to pay $3.5 million by March 18, 1999. The Company is currently seeking to raise funds to meet this obligation. However, if the Company in unable to obtain the funds by March 18, 1999, the Company may ask Systeam to extend such date. There can be no assurance that an extension will be granted and this agreement maybe terminated, which could have a material adverse effect on the Company."
