CYOE - RE: Uptick rule:

Can someone help me out with the uptick rule?

If I (with ETrade) tell them to sell short at market, will they be responsible for ensuring the uptick rule is met?

How much of an uptick do we need?
If last sale was on the bid, would my sale at the ask be an uptick?
How about if I go between the bid and ask?

Thanks for your patience!

" People have questioned how a company with the financials of CYOE could get such an advantageous loan."

Wolff, I figured that out. I'll loan you $10 million at 8% if you pay me an up front fee of $1 million. <g> I'll loan you $10 million for 0% if you pay me an up front fee of $5 million.
