The 2.5 m thick zone is cut off 50 m out in 3 directions so the odds of it continuing in the last remaining direction to the West is restricted to about a 100 m length. Take that together with the geophysical results which indicate a limited size thin body and you can see how I arrive at my conclusions.

Faulting on line 10+50 50 m from hole 6 (mentioned in the release) shows there has been post-emplacement tectonics which could have structurally prepared a zone-of-weakness into which a sulphide-rich melt was injected from a lower magma-chamber, and this is now the 2.5 m thick 10% Ni bed. This would explain why the sulphide bed is above and not at the base of the gabbro-norite intrusion where it should occur if it was a true differentiate and not a secondary fracture-filling.

It's not over yet. Now it's the long haul grind.

Mineman makes sense in much of what he is saying but it's not the whole story. Yes, the high grade section is cut-off on three sides and probably will not go far to the west.

Point is that all drilling has been very close to the discovery area and hole 99-01. The farthest stepouts are only 100 meters to the east and we have no assay results for holes 99-10 through 99-18.

On the negative side, the news release makes no mention of a 3rd drill to come. Does this mean they are losing their optimism? They also give no visual indications of the holes remaining for assay. The answer for that may be in their following the task force protocols.

On the plus side, there is a wide area to the east which has not been touched and which in a very non-geo way, has intrigued me. It's under low-lying ground with a small stream flowing over it. Down hole geophysics from holes 99-17 and 99-18 have detected an off-hole anamoly which I'm assuming is indicated to be in the area I'm indicating.

Conditions that created nickel in the discovery area are not limited to only that area. There is a good chance that other massive sulphides areas can be discovered and they could eclipse that found to date.

This is bear country and the search continues. NWI won't quit until the area has been methodically drilled and catalogued. Obviously I don't know how the market will assess developments although it does not currently appear too positive. Personally, I've been out of it since yesterday morning. I'll be going back in. This thing is not over by any calculation.

Regards,

Bob
