Going out on a limb here, but I think the quiet period is for SEC. This would lead me to believe SEC done, Nasdaq still in process. Comments?

Could be that the new application was just a formality, after the first one was reviewed by SEC. If so, then the announcement about NASDAQ listing should be here this week or next at the last, IMO.

If so, however, the listing would probably take us on as a small cap?
