The change in the filing (at least one of them) is that they will be traded on the Small Cap market under the symbol BIDS.

Here is the section of the filing:

"The Company has applied for its Common Shares to be quoted for trading on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbol BIDS."

We may see a NASDAQ listing at the "earlier" range of what the company has announced:

"Effective February 16th, 1999, BID.COM has filed ...... The review process for this application is expected to last approximately 45-60 days."

For instance, Research In Motion (t:RIM and now Q:RIMM) recently filed on Jan 7 and was listed on Feb 4.
