ShivaSoft contract with Honda of Canada ShivaSoft Inc SOF Shares issued 22,010,000 Mar 31 close $0.60 Thu 1 Apr 99 News Release Mr. Dilip Kembhavi reports TigrSoft Inc., formerly ShivaSoft Inc., has received an engagement from Honda Canada for TigrLine and TigrAPS, its advanced planning and scheduling application for assembly line sequencing and parts manufacturing. Honda of Canada Manufacturing (HCM) will implement TigrLine and TigrAPS at its Alliston, Ont., facility. Under the corporate licence, HCM will implement TigrSoft's products to plan and schedule two assembly lines and all parts manufacturing in Canada. The company's products are currently implemented at all Honda of America Manufacturing and corporate planning facilities in the United States. On March 25, the company's shareholders approved a resolution to change the company's name from ShivaSoft to TigrSoft. The company also rebranded its advanced planning and scheduling applications previously marketed under the Shiva and Vishal trade names under the names TigrAPS, TigrSteel, TigrTrak and TigrLine.
