Formerly Known as ShivaSoft they will be changing their name brand due to their expansion into the US and to avoid tradename conflict with Shiva Corp.

ShivaSoft Inc. is a leader in the development, marketing and
implementation of Supply Chain Management software solutions with a
particular focus on Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems.
The Company's leading-edge products – currently marketed under the
trade names SHIVA and VISHAL – provide comprehensive solutions to a
broad range of manufacturing and scheduling problems.

As TigrSoft the company will maintain and enhance its position as a worldwide leader in the development, marketing and implementation of enterprise solutions for the Supply Chain software market, especially the APS component of that market which is expected to grow to $1.6 billion U.S. by the year 2000.

Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, and with offices in Toronto,
Cleveland, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and Pune, India, ShivaSoft is one of
the fastest growing enterprise solutions companies in North America,
with an average annual growth rate of 131% since its initial public
offering in 1995. The Company's shares trade on the Toronto Stock
Exchange under the symbol SOF.

The company has recently completed a private placement and has over 7 million in cash and healthy receivables. I hear that they are looking for an acquisition to enhance revenues, Also their new offices are generating new sales to add to their prestigious list of clients

Currently the stock is trading at .75 CDN having traded as high as 2 3/4 last year. Looks like a good opportunity at these levels.
