Hell,A.J.,It could be a number of things,including a bunch of brokers trying to make their monthly paycheck!The most likely reasons to me are 1) The anticipated response to the S1 by the SEC, and 2) the end of the quarter for NAVR,and their prediction of returning to profitability.
