John or Rudy can either of you explain to me how the option rights on SKYEY work in regards to former DEPO shareholders. I bought DEPO and then went on the road for several months -- and missed the SKYEY thing completely -- now I am back and the proud owner of SKYEY shares and options/rights -- but do not understand what triggers them or how they work. I am trying to get up to speed and usually do not ask these kinds of questions but can't seem to find any info elsewhere -- If you could take the time -- I would appreciate it -- if all else fails I'll call the company.
