SkyePharma is a rapidly growing British biotechnology company specializing in drug delivery technologies. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange as SKP. Its American depository receipts are listed on the NASDAQ as SKYEY. Each depository reciept is the equivalent of 10 shares of SKP. I became interested in SKYEY as a result of their merger with DepoTech, DEPO. Since, DEPO is now a subsidiary of SkyePharma and no longer traded, I thought that there was a need for an open discussion thread of SKYEY. | ||||||||||||
