Roger......

No my questions were not answered in "the letter". I still don't believe he even wrote that letter and if he did his comments about four teeth and others would be pretty inappropriate. There has not been an open line of communication and no follow up with the letters of intent. Roger, what about the millions in corrugated orders that were in house. These were no letters of intent. Where are those revenues in the quarterly reports? Do you want to tell me where APAC's 7,000 members are and how many are paying dues? It appears that the web page for apac is still down at apac.net This has been for weeks now. How are 7,000 members functioning and using APAC's services? The domain name for apac was already taken and that's why USXP has to use a net ending instead of com which is greatly desired in e-commerce. Today's news release mentions a 4% dividend. 4% of what? Where are the specific details? USXP has no cash. Where is it coming from? These are questions that deserve "open" answers as you say. I will go on record and say that my guess is that USXP is trying as hard as they can to get the share price up to secure loan money. I do not condone irresponsible posting with bashing and threats but there is nothing wrong with open discussion. Once USXP actually closes a deal which can be proven, APAC membership is there, active and paying dues( a growing entity not a vague entity) I will say USXP is on track and things are being accomplished. I then will fade into the sunset. I have no agenda but am posting to let newer shareholders know to be cautious in this stock. As I stated before, I know that newer shareholders always have the advantage in a turn around situation. That's the way of the OTCBB world. I own a couple of stocks myself that I bought after a reverse split and there are many older investors on those threads still very unhappy. I understand all of that. Once USXP actually proves itself with substance(proven deals, proven APAC membership, revenues and earnings not smoke and mirrors) I will be gone. I am still waiting.
