Now that Bid.com qualifies, I would think they would re-apply for the National board, even if it takes a couple of weeks longer. What do you think?

Didn't an earlier post (days ago) suggest that trading must
commence within 48 hours of the announcement.

Sili what other arrows could BII have in it's quiver to
ensure it retains it's place in the sun post Nasdaq?

I think the approval from Nasdaq has been obtained , hence the symbol. Symbols are issued at the time of approval by an exchange.

Agreed "" NASDAQ is more of a formality really, for this type of application getting through SEC is the main hurdle. The NASDAQ application is only to determine which market they will trade.""

Nasdaq can also move them right to large cap, it is only a matter of market cap. Todays filing cut off date was prior to the large run up.
