If the reports of Serbs using Albanians as human shields are true, I have a feeling that ground troops followed by a push for a cease fire will become inevitable.

Unfortunately, the kind of people you need to explain that to don't give a damn. That's the problem in a bottom line sense. We've seen it frequently on this thread. Denigration of military service is very fashionable still in some quarters. JLA
