"We opened one new restaurant during 1998 and had two franchised restaurants open during this same time period. One of the franchised restaurants closed in February of 1999 due to franchisee financing arrangements and location issues. We closed two under-performing restaurants in March of 1999, which is expected to result in a charge to earnings of approximately $300,000 in the first quarter of 1999.
