Don, 23.5% Interest p.a. is pretty incredible! I'm not sure the Notes can even be classified as junk notes at this rate. They have to be something beyond this??? DAD's cash and financial stability has to be very, very shakey to accept this type of financing. I really wonder if DAD has any serious long term viability or can even come close to ever making a profit. It's starting to look very scarey. Thoughts, opinions? John
