Acoording to the company's recent press releases, the ROWE preferred converts on a .34905 for 1 basis (yeilding 153,676 shares). The JWEB, MPATH, and WGAT preferreds are all convertible "currently on a one for one basis". As for net IPOs, I said: "...First, please accept this one assumption: that every internet IPO eventually will trade above $50. If you accept that, then here is the math:..."" Seems like that has been a pretty fair assumption to make over the past six months...
