Market Magnets 4.1.99 notes Dow: Close here tomorrow would still be a weekly buy rating. Mids all down. Still looking at 9905 as an axis for a base here. Nasdaq: Close here tomorrow is a weekly buy rating. 2444 dtrend is critical. I anticipate it to hold, if its tested. SP500: Close here tomorrow is a weekly buy rating. Of concern is the lack of a return to the 1315 utrend. This failure is a warning shot toward a pullback over the coming 6 weeks. Also, IMPORTANT mag line (which I can't believe I missed) is the 1334 utrend. It has anchors of 10.15.86 to 5.29.87. It was right there with the 85 line signaling danger signs in 87. Anyway, it was at 1330 when the SP put in its ATH of 1324 on 3.19.99. The support above the 85 line on the ensuing pullback is a bullish note. So after all this information where am i sitting??????? Starting to lean toward trading range for some time. 1192 utrend bottom...1334 utrend top with the 85 line acting as a axis. Oh yea, for those looking at early April as a significant time frame.
