Carole, I think you have mistaken what the NASDAQ has. Or maybe I'm mistaken. I thought:

NASDAQ trading exchange has two markets, National Board and SmallCap Board. Both trade using the exchange technology and rules. Both are considered to be the same except in its qualifications for entry and continued listing. Otherwise, when you buy or sell a stock, you wouldn't know the difference.

NASDAQ also has technology which allows OTC (Over the Counter) trading of "unlisted" stock basically. It is also referred to as the BB sometimes.

Only three to my knowledge.
