The UI is adequate at this point and so far has had dial-tone quality along with fairly good responsiveness. IMHO, the site is far better then the First USA credit card site which presents that bill to me monthly.

The only frustrating thing to me is that I currently only receive one bill (MCI) from mybills! The other frustrating thing is the lack of progress on the Quicken99 functionality (probably Intuits fault). I have a feeling their moving to a web-based paradigm and will abandon the get bills functionality from within Quicken. The Quicken get bills functionality will probably be altered to work like "Web Entry" where the bills will automatically be downloaded after they are paid from the Quicken.com web site.
