Japan lowers rates to levels never seen before - making money free - in an attempt to push on a string and make the economy recover with monetary stimulus. Should be an interesting experiment - link to the Chi Trib article on my homepage at members.aol.com

I wish someone would give me money for "free" :} - or at least reduce may margin rates
