Sure. I can. Kinda Boring..But. I can. So... Alan. PRWT changed its name to Panamerican Bancorp and it's symbol to PABN. John Schmitz paid the $75 fee to have the Nevada incorporation records removed ($75 is the fee to remove records upon a merger) Actually, I am assuming it was john, but I guess it could have been the resident agent, or merv or george, or.........some one else. Anyway what my point is, is... is there any doubt out there that PABN shares, which we all have, are no longer an empty shell?
