I think the chances of us getting into value america are very good. Since E*trade has pre-announced they are offering their IPO.. Its probably a safe assumption they will have a large allotment of shares. It wouldn't suprise me if everyone who tenders an offer in the first hour gets some. Expect a long and protracted IOI window. Just a guess but probably a good one. PS I got some zdnet- It looks like you had to IOI within the first 10 minutes of the window. The window lasted about 20 minutes.
