I forwarded the initial post on to Bioponic. They had several responses: 1. Insiders hold 70% of BPON 2. Andrew Joel is not a company officer, and didn't need to file a 144 3. Dr. DeVoe and Steve Shorr have both filed 144s, but neither have any intention of selling. 4. Ratio of Zinc scrap to ZSM is 2.74, not 2.5. (Comment: Better for the bottom line). 5. Change 120 to 120K tons for "other buyers are being courted for the 120 metric ton/year market in the U.S." 6. They do have a Tungsten reclamation model. 7. Change "Stephen Shorr" to "Steven Shorr".
