I think you're dead wrong harry. I spoke with someone and have received two emails indicating a press release is coming. Yesterday they indicated that they needed wavx's and aldn's approval yet so it may be a few days, but i do not think they are being dishonest and the individual seemed quite knowledgeable. This is aldn's IR firm i spoke with not aldn so I don't think closing the books has anything to do with it other than maybe slow approval. Further, i didn't indicate there is something "special", I feel the release will only clarify current WAVX holdings/sales, and the $1.7 warrants expire in July so they must be exercised soon. I did find the conversation a bit strange though in regard to why they claimed "legally" they can't answer even very general questions regarding the warrants since some of the information I was asking for I'm sure had been made public in the past. And finally for the record I'm the one who is researching and repeatedly calling aldn, wavx, and IR and asking for assistance in clarifying this issue so you don't have to tell me I need to be informed. According to yahoo, Wavx releases its 10K today so some clarification may be available. If I misinterpreted the tone of your message I apologize and I certainly don't want to squabble with you since I appreciate your presence on this board, but I also don't enjoy being talked down to. joby
