You won't find the answer on that site. You must find the new 10K filed last night. It appears the Chairman of the board Stewart and the ADI guy Fishman have mysteriously disappeared. Thanks Aware for letting us know the Chairman left. <g> The charter says there should be 7 board members. But I guess we won't worry about that. Your new chairman is Kerr. The only other surprizes in the 10K are that 70% of the company's revs. in '98 were contract revs.- only 4% were royalties. $405m of the revs. last year were from a sublease on the building which has expired. Oh, and they did receive a letter from Bell Atlantic asserting that Aware was violating BA's rate adaptive patents. But I know you don't care about any of this, so carry on. <g> Tim
