They also tried to copy the Gulf War strategy without the preparations. Bush built up his forces in surrounding countries to prepare for the ground offense. NATO did not. NATO also pulled out their observers so that the Serbs could carry out reprisals.

Neocon, I've been waiting for someone to bring up the lady in the
white house/war bull.Maybe that's what the Argintines thought of
Margaret Thatcher a few years back. How do you like the way all the
Democrats are becoming hawks to fight the spread of oppression.Even
Senator Barbara Boxer!!Let's see...Truman into Korea/Kennedy into the
Nam/Clinton into Yugoslavia/...I miss George,hell,I even miss Jimmy.
