There is a rather significant difference between having a case that will prevail in court and launching an action for PR and damage control purposes. I think your time would be better spent organizing your fellow Aber shareholders to take out your frustrations and seek redress from your Board.
You have absolutely nothing to gain by crying the blues on the Winspear thread.
Another smart move might be to sell your Aber shares and buy Winspear. THe next Winspear PR could see WSP passing ABER in price per share. Snap Lake dyke may contain twice as much ore as all the Diavik pipes and have twice the value. Aber has only 40% interest in Diavik and now 15% interest in Snap.
WInspear will be selling diamonds while Aber is still testing the water in Lac de Gras.
