Today's correction was signalled by 2 factors: The failure of the OSX to take out strong resistance at 72. The drop in the OSX yesterday despite a strong rise in crude. I opined in a recent post that the failure of the OSX to break above 72 would trigger a pullback to 66-68. Well we have had the pullback. Expect another run at 72 before long. If that fails, down to the low sixties. If it succeeds, up to 80 or so quite rapidly.

diana -- You got an air conditioner in your pickup? When did they start doing that with trucks. You don't close your winders do you? Re oil price -- I don't care what makes oil price go up or down -- be it supply, demand, politics, wars, or stupidty -- but the end game is that the oil service sector lives or dies by the price and profit from oil. I think you are reading too much into the mantra. I am not trying to say the "why", just the result. okey dokey? big loosbrock.com
