>>Over all Corel has done a great job in securing key OEM agreements during a tough period.<<
But who sold these deals if not Sylvester?

Steve, although these OEM agreements and deal are fine and interesting, Corel will not survive as is....it must be bought or MC must resign. At the helm of this company, there is a bad businessman who doesn't understand how to run his company (actually he understands how to run it into the ground). The mere fact that millions over millions were spent on R & D for fruitless products shows MC no longer belongs at Corel. When a company is spending that much money to produce nothing, it tells a lot. His ventures and grandiose ideas have effectively killed a decent company. Without the sentimental value that a Canadian software company has and positive government actions to promote Corel, this stock would be $1.

Just waiting for an out to break even, or for MC to resign.

Regards, Wisam

Hello Steve,

Well, you can call the PC Chips agreement AMAZING, but if I were
the Sales VP, I would seriously question flooding the absolutely
bottom end of the market with my product.

It would seem to me a good way to absolutely poison relationships
with people like Gateway and Compaq--to say nothing of whatever is
left of the retail channel. And the corporate channel......?

For Corel's sake I hope it works--but profits.......?

Best wishes,
Jim
