I just thought it was kind of awkward in the first place for a CEO of a company to display such paper....

Now, with the investigation going on, I can possibly imagine some intrigue.

What do I know, I am only a citizen, not an attorney.

I'm confused. I thought the point of taking the picture was to show that DGIV had a contract, but that they had yet to announce it. Unless I missed a PR preceding the picture, of course.

As Jane said, I'm not a lawyer, but...

Isn't being given notice about a contract before all the other investors "privy information"? I am sure you did not trade on this information, but having the SEC ask if you did seems logical.
