If you go back and check the thread, you will see existence of the contract was already known. It was made public that anyone that wanted to view it could do so by visiting the DGIV office. I did exactly that.

When I viewed the contract, the info that could not yet be divulged ($ figures) was blacked out.

"I'm confused"
No you are not. You are a "POS" trying to "find yourself" in DGIV. I doubt you will be able to.

"I am sure you did not trade on this information, but having the SEC ask if you did seems logical."
If moneybaggs would have wanted to trade he would not have gone through the process of making his knowledge publicly known in a timely fashion. It is good, and must be heart warming to the SEC and it's employees that you have concluded that their actions "seem logical". The world is, therefore, safe.

The day the SEC also starts looking into the "dump" part of what happens in OTC-BB shanty town I am sure you will be called to attention. It "seems logical" too.

Hey, POS, look at the thread at the end of the post. Don't you think it merits your stated objective to save the small investor? It only went from $2.25 to 6.9$ today, that's all (4.2 MM shares traded). It seems to be reporting and I think they reported they have no employees and other weird stuff, LOL!!!

Nothing, of course, compared to DGIV and it's "evil" ways. This "evil" share that did not have a price change and only had 21,000 shares change hands, LOL!!!

This is why I think that your posting on the DGIV thread is due to some form of economic remuneration or due to some psychological pathology.
