Good (Great!?) conversation with DGIV today. I never post, but... Went to DGIV about 2 weeks ago; very nice office (new furniture), by no means in the cheap rent district (Santa Monica). It was a surprise attack, the office manager was the only one around. Didn't cause me to sell, nor buy any more (already heavily invested because of my belief in packet technology). Spoke at length with a very high level company official today: Paraphrasing the conversation, not my comments: - The SEC investigation is concerning individuals and the internet stock interest boom. It has NOTHING to do with the company and/or its fiscal success. Definitely not an MTEI. Could actually benefit the company stock price by separating it from the scams. - The company WILL be reporting in the very near future. Edgar, the whole route. - Contracts are real and cause for much optimism, bigger than anything formally announced. My take is simple: I believe in the technology, and I trust what I heard today. IF DGIV makes it, and I believe it will, double figures will be a cinch. But, like ANY company it could be beaten by competitors. This is a very very good bet WITH money you can afford to lose. I doubt if I'll engage in any further board discussion, I've said all I know. Call/visit the company yourself. If someone belongs to Raging Bull feel free to copy this over there.
