OS wasn't too bad today considering the big runnup, but the overall market is awful. 52 new highs and 183 new lows on the NYSE with the Dow just 200 points below the magic 10,000 level. I still say a big drop is coming that will,in time, emcompass even OS. I see Dow 9,000 by summer and Dow 7000 by fall.

Long-term I probably am more bullish on the OSX than anyone here. But I doubt we will get much above 80 this year and look for a retracement back to the 60-70 range if we do hit this target.

Once the bull resumes again in 2000, the sky is limit for the OSX. I see a new SECULAR energy bull that that will carry the OSX far above its prior peak over the next few years. OSX relative performance will replicate the 1970s experience IMHO.

BigBull, I still in awe of the Internet's capability to transfer information. That is a great Website on underbalanced drilling! A lot of technical jargon- if you need a tranlation to "normal English" from oilfield slang just let me know.

For example where they say UDB drilling "reduces the need for post-drill stimulations", that means that you probably do not need to do a frac job on the well prior to completing it and producing it....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
