Without additional info, it would appear you might be doing a disservice to Datek as well as to those who're looking for a decent discount brokerage. For example, in what you think Datek had failed you? Please keep in mind non of the discount brokerages including Datek is perfect. I have been with Datek as well as others for years. From time to time, I do get annoyed with Datek but overall they easily best their peers (this might be debatable depending on the criteria one uses). Among other things, they're reliable and fast in transaction executions. Compare to others, how often does one hears complains that Datek is unaccessible?
