I am still amazed that technology has been successful on so many different types of ores. Hopefully we will get news on the one ton test soon. Pilot plant has either started or should be getting close to operating also. Whatever shares were exchanged this will boost shareholders' equity and be allocated to assets acquired--probably a substantial portion to intangibles.

Hi Char,

I was under the impression that MG would acquire (own) Johnson-Lett & Company. The press release, as understood by me, is that MG acquired only the "technology" from J-L and not the company.

<< PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1999--MG Natural Resources Corp.(MG)(OTC BB:MGAU) Wednesday announced acquisition of all the Johnson-Lett & Company (J-L) *technology* for the assay and recovery of precious metals from refractory ore.

Does this make a difference? Or was the PR misprinted?
