<<Listen guys,,you're gettin ahead of yourselves a bit. I think Q should buy INTC FIRST, then CSCO.>>

Yes, of course, Dave. Thanks for pulling us back to reality and getting our feet back on a solid foundation of rational thinking. Most appreciated. ; )

Ericy did not blink because they wanted to. Ericy was forced to go CDMA by the Chinese. Ericy has been doing business in China for a very
long time. I believe since the early 20's. They are well respected. It was out of this respect that the Chinese government alerted them to their
decision to go CDMA. Their engineers having completed their analysis of all the competing technologies determined that CDMA was the best
for their emerging nation. China will no longer accept anything less than the best for technologies that will help shape their future. Ericy was
given an opportunity to be a player or else see 80 years of good will go by the wayside. They had no choice but to deal with Qualcomm. The
only way they could play was to purchase the Infra.
Qualcomm dictated all the terms. They were given a few bones to save face. In reality it was a win win for all. Ericy will continue to reign in
China. Qualcomm will receive royalties beyond anything they originally envisioned. EOM
