Howdy pals, yeah Blue I was looking over the tender offer, and a thing that's noticeable is the phrase "shares may be pro-rated" with no real explanation to be found about it far as I can tell. Dunno why I keep thinking about it, except that it's mysterious..... Did you notice it too?

DELL is mid-40's. How many times a year does that happen?
LU splits today. S/A price now is about $55 a share. How many times a year does that happen?
