I would love to know how many shares ETard has to allocate. I'll bet not many. IPO Center is a scheme to get more business. At least WIT Capital sends you an email when they are taking IOI's. The ETard IPO system stinks. I saw the Valueline message at 5:15. Kept getting all sorts of errors. SO I tried by phone. I got a trainee on the line. She told me that she could do IOIs, so she had to put me back in the queue!!!!!!

The representative told me that the IPOS are going so quickly... IVIL 22 min, ZDZ 10 minutes. There is nothing then can do about it. First come first serve. What a crock.
