Last I heard (Raging Bull rumor as received from Xybernaut receptionist) the SEC was reviewing it and getting ready to authorize it's release, so 'technically' it's probably still on schedule. Could be released anytime tonite or tomorrow - even late tomorrow from what I gathered. The actual facts may vary, but so far I detect no info leaks based on price movement. This is cool. Shoe. P.S.: I sorta suspect it was one MM that managed to drive the price up today, due to demand created by that one large customer order.
