The breakdown began before the State of the Union. Maybe word of it leaked out, and TA confirmed that something was up. That's why it is so useful -- word leaks out all the time, and TA is your only defense against what the Big Boys know.

My problem with MO, and why I'm not jumping right back in, is when is this stock going to be able to make a meaningful, lasting advance? In other words, when will all their troubles end, or at least clear up enough so forward vision is clearer? This isn't a one-shot deal, like UK and Bhopal.

There are many arguments in favor of jumping back in: huge dividend, steady, dependable earnings through thick and thin, and -- most importantly -- I believe we have a double-bottom here at 34. ;-)

Good luck to you,

Paul
