They are probably looking for a quick buck.

Maybe you should call C&W and tell them you are a satisfied convert and you want to know what the fuss is about.

I too am in the same position. I was transferred to CWIX with the sale of the ISP from MCI. I have had no problems with the service that have not been resolved immediately.

I also have not been contacted by MCIW to change ISP's. Perhaps there are issues not in the public forum for which this lawsuit serves as a cover story.
