Bazmataz: You are a nervous DELL Bull, who is tempted to be a CPQ Bull. (If you are a CPQ short - which I very much doubt - you are a very nervous short). None of your references are to the fundamentals of the stock - you appear to live and die by CNBC and rumour. Your technique is to provoke others to provide you with reassurance. I suggest you continue to stew in your own juice - you're doing a good job of it so far.

(In the unlikely event that you do want fundamental reasons, click my name or the names of other serous contributors and read past posts).

The question is ..... is Victor really Earl Mason?

CPQ did not deserve to be 50ish it was hyped up to 50ish by an intense PR campaign from the company. While the stock was going up the insiders were dumping their own holdings. Now there are 4 or 5 shareholder lawsuits against CPQ for their "pump and dump" campaign.

However, do not underestimate CPQ's ability to find a channel somewhere to stuff so that they can make their current quarter.
