Any comments on the Ridgeway deal? According to IR, it is not a done deal, with still much to work out and finalize. Although it will obviously be dilutive, IMO I don't think it can affect the stock price much more than its specter already has. The shorts are of course claiming that it's the beginning of the end, and that it's secretly a convertible preferred death-spiral in spite of what the S3 actually says. Love to hear some unbiased rational comment. Talk to me SDS and AA.
