I just read the report. Unless I missed something, there was not one single piece of positive information in it.

There can be no assurances that the Company will be able to compete effectively for business opportunities as they arise on the Internet/intranet, on-line services, electronic commerce and other emerging areas.

I think that said it all. We are dead.

Let's face it they obviously bought themselves more time by making these changes! I am still positive for the second half of this year.
